Planning your next trip? This is how it works

How it works is, you book a space with us and we email you an information pack including directions, a gate code and taxi numbers/prices. If you are arriving outside of office hours, you can let yourself in through the gates with your gate code and drive to the space that we would have allocated you the day before, jump in your cab and go straight to the airport. If you are arriving during office hours we ask you to pop into the office and we show you to your space. A cab costs £5 for a regular car and they send you a link so you can see where the car is on a map and who the driver is, plus a text when he arrives. Hopefully you have seen the YouTube link with the video of our car park.

About Us

In our day job, we are a Logistics Company called Niblock Logistics Solutions LTD. We have 30 parking spaces that we rent out for self-parking customers using Gatwick Airport. We don’t have expensive websites, we don’t have expensive apps or golf days for executives. To keep costs down, we don’t even take card payments, you can pay by PayPal when you book or in cash when you arrive.

Secure facility

We have locked gates on the business park and is a working business park 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Therefore there are always people about working. Our car parks are also floodlit with every space covered by at least 2 CCTV cameras.

Book a cab to the airport

shuttlme.com is the cab company we recommend. Roadrunners in Horley. They pick up and drop off from us 5 or 6 times a day. They have an app similar to Uber and can send your smartphone details of the car and driver as well as text messages when he arrives. We also supply details of other taxi companies by email.

Charge your electric vehicle

We can charge your vehicle for you for a small fee, but it will mean you will have to leave a key with us and only our most senior staff would move your car to and from the charging point. Of course, it will all be under CCTV.

Do you keep my keys?
No, it is a self-park facility where by you park in your designated space and keep your keys.
What if I want to arrive or leave late at night?
The business park is open from 6am to 6pm, outside of these hours there are electric gates with a key pad for you to let yourself in. When you leave, you drive up to the gates and they open.
Is my car safe?
Our car park is in a quite business park by the airport. Our neighbours work 24 hours a day and we have CCTV recording constantly.
What if I arrive early in the morning and someone is parked in my space?
Just park in another space and drop us an email or text. You will be supplied with a mobile number for someone on call for any issues outside of office hours.
How far are you from the terminal buildings?
We are a 3-minute drive from the North Terminal to our car park and 4 minutes from the South terminal.
Is it dark at night?
We have floodlights outside lighting the car park, so even in the depths of winter you will be able to see just fine.
What if my flight is delayed?
Just call or email us and we will look after your car as long as you need us too. These things often happen, and we are here to help.
Are the taxi’s reliable?
Yes, we supply numbers for five companies, the one we suggest is Roadrunners in Horley, not only are they the cheapest and most reliable, but they also have an Uber like App where you can see exactly where your car is and how long he will be. Uber also run in the area but the prices can be high.
Do I have to walk to the taxi when the gates are shut?
No, just give your gate code to the driver to let himself in and he picks you up from your car.
Do you supply the taxi numbers?
Yes, we supply taxi numbers and prices, as well as a whole host of other information.
Can I amend my booking?
Yes, just call us and we will amend it for you.
